No Response and horrible customer service

Renting in PMB through just property PMB branch. Living in the complex for 4 months now and before moving in was promised that the shower head in the bathroom will be fixed. The shower head has still not been fixed. I have been constantly emailing the branch but with no response or just vague answers. Please do not use just property to rent in the future. No care in the world!!!
