No repairs to structural damage after 3 months

On 12 November 2014, we reported to Just Letting that one of the windowpanes in our rented townhouse has fallen too deep into the frame and that there is now a large gap above it. Someone was sent to look at it and take photographs the next day. By 18 November 2014, we had not received any formal reply from them - not even a courtesy reply to our e-mail - so we sent another e-mail, to which they rep**** that they will speak to the owner the following day. We got no further reply from them. <br> <br> Sometime in January, a new employee was sent to us to enquire about any repairs that need to be done, and once again, we showed her the window, as well as some minor leaks in the bathroom. She said she will report it asap. It is now the end of February and we have received no further correspondence from them and no repairs have been done. After the storm in Kimberley this week, the windowpane has now sagged down even more and the gap above it is even larger, and the windowsill has been damaged by the water. The leaking pipe in the bathroom has also become more serious.
