NO OR INJUST RESPONSE

I am an owner of property these people rent out and rent a property but not occupy with Just Property Group as the letting agent.<br> NO enquiries from any nature are answered by this agents. Whenever you phone there, they first want to know who is talking regarding what before they will decide whether to put call through or not. 100% of the times, the answer is the the same - the person you are looking for is in either a meeting, or busy on another line, busy with someone else...<br> Never mind if your renting premises is flooded or not.<br> Never mind of you rent was paid over or not. You dare not enquire regarding this. If you are so lucky to get through and dare to sound frustrated and ask an uncomfortable question, they put the phone down.<br> Even blame your tenant for not paying his rent, and when he supplies proof of payment, the agent denies alleging the tenant not paying. All these allegations however can by proofed with several emails, calls and other witnesses. Even refering the matter to the principal/owner of the agents, no response????<br> Disgusting!!!!
