No matter what, do no work with Ashley Taylor.

If by any chance you get to work with Ashley Taylor, just walk away. No matter what you do, he will ignore you, he will keep you on a thin line and then he will be rude to you when you want answers.

I've spend the last almost two weeks trying to get any sort of work going with him, he always has some excuse on why nothing has happened, and when he eventually decides to do his job and do the application for the flat, then he ignores you even more so.

I had to constantly call, email or message him to ensure that he actually does his job, but then you have to call, email or message him to try and get some feedback, WHY DOES THE CLIENT HAVE TO CONSTANTLY CONTACT THE AGENT TO GET HIM TO EITHER DO HIS JOB OR GET FEEDBACK.
