No Joy Leasing Property through Just Letting

I Have a property in The Orchards, 26 Fair wood Ave. which I'm leasing through Just Letting Property Group (Pretoria North)<br> <br> It has been a year since I've rented out my property with the agency but I have found that Just Letting Company have however neglected all contractual obligations and left me out in the dark. I have numerous email and text between me and the Agency but it has all gone to deaf ears. I have done everything possible to try and communicate with them but month after month its all bad to worse. since I contracted with them over a year now I haven't even received a statement of payments even after asking since 12 July 2014 ( emails of request available) my rental money has reduced till nothing received for March 2015. <br> <br> I personally don't think Just Letting Company respect people or it could just be me. I'm not happy with the experience and when given a chance I tell people not to trust and lease their properties even sell with them.
