NO FEEDBACK - NO DEPOSIT

We moved out of our house end of February, relocated from Gauteng to Western Cape. AFTER I discussed this with Just letting because it is before our lease period ends. They advised me that there would be a R800.00 early cancellation fee which I agreed to. ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS/GOING FOR 3 WEEKS SINCE WE MOVED, I phone everyday and I am promised that they will call me back the same day. NEVER AM I PHONED BACK!!! Always some excuse principal not there, landlord has issues....blah blah blah. I paid my deposit over to just letting, house was left in good order SO I WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK ASAP.
