NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Just Letting let out my property for me. they put a tenant in who in 5 months has been late on 3 occasions. He has not yet paid this month. i have been asking for the past 2 weeks for someone to call me in the office and never get a call and just get a lame email once in a blue moon. I understand there is a certain process to follow to evict a tenant and I want to speak to an agent and no one wants to take responsibility to pick up the phone. i have requested several times for them to cal me and just get an email saying we tried to call. If someone tried to call they would leave a voice mail. I am paying them for a service and they are not providing me with any service. I should have stayed with my previous letting company.<br> <br> Hopefully by making this complaint someone will pick up the phone and call me.<br>
