No customer care-Rather buy direct from the seller

Hi<br> <br> I saw a property i liked in Midrand i wanted to purchase. After a couple off days off deciding i signed the OTP.<br> I had gone to an interview in UK in february but the company had told me they couldnt take me on. So i had then cancelled all thoughts off emigrating. FNB then offered me 100% BOND and i hadnt yet accepted the offer when i then received a call from U.K saying the job was now available and they needed me urgently.<br> This now put my plans off buying a house on the side as it would not make sense for me to buy a house now and then move to the U.K next month.<br> I then tried to negotiate with the agent so that she puts back the house on the market. but she will not budge and has now referred me to her lawyers.<br> I feel this issue can easily be solved by meeting in person and talking about a way forward that doesnt include penalties but she is adamant she wants to pursue ******** charges.<br> Very disappointed in the service.
