NEVER use this agency

Disgusting experience with this agency (Brackenfell, Cape Town). The house I rented had black mould in it, we had to leave the house in an emergency. There were health problems. The agency completely sided with the owners of the house, ignored all requests and complaints. They used as proof an inspection that lasted no more than 5 minutes.

During the rental transaction I was repeatedly deceived by the agency representatives, starting with the fact that I started paying rent on the 1st of the month, and the keys to the house were given to me only on the 4th of the month, although they promised me on the 1st of the month.
