Never make use of their service!

Where to even begin. We decided to end our lease early as we are in the process of buying a house have more then sufficient notice and searched for possible replacement tenants as well.

Well long story short, seems our landlord has been witholding payment of his rates and taxes so our electricity meter has been blocked.

After being told it would be restored 13:00 on Monday 28th, we are now sitting with just about 20 units and being completely ignored by the accounts department as well as the leasing agent. Our notice is to the end of April.

At this point we are ready to pack and move in with family and save money instead of constantly fighting.

We held up our end of the contract, the landlord & agency hasn’t. But after scanning our contract carefully I also see they don’t hold the landlord or agency liable for anything even though it states they may not cut us off.

We been living here a year and 5 months, never paid late, look after the house and only ever asked for two things, a ceiling fan and to cover the car port. For a year and 5 months we have been ignored on the multiple requests.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy as they do not protect the consumers rights at all.
