Never ever rent a property through them

We have a contract for 3 years with Just Letting Montana and today I contacted Charmaine about moving out at end of March 2016 since my son is getting married and moving in with his girlfriend. I cannot afford place on my own. She informed me we had to pay a breach fee, move out inspection fee and the agents commission for the remainder of the period which totals more than our deposit with them. I then requested a waiver of the commission since they will earn the commission when the new contract is signed with new tenants. Answer: No sorry we have a legal contract you have to pay. So if you every want to rent from them get yourself a lawyer to look at your contract and all the hidden costs that you will have to pay and tons of complains on Hello Peter, FB etc. Oh yes and the greatest part if they do not find a tenant before you move you still have to pay the rent untill they do. Forcing you basically to do their job for them for which they get paid double. This renting agency is the worst I have ever experienced. I will never encourage anyone to make use of their services. So if you have a contract with them currently go and read your fine print tonight.
