most ********* company ever!!!

I had signed a 1 year lease for my property as I was leaving the country. they procured a tenant and did Thier vetting off etc. tenant paid 6 months rent roughly and the I stopped receiving payments completely. These guys don't communicate properly at all. make all the excuses in the world. 2 months later I find that my entire property was ruined. every fixture ******. electricals, fittings... u Name it. cctv system ... the works. all gone. ceilings damaged. all floors water damaged. seriously ruined. I was heart broken when I saw the picture. still no support or communicaction. I am oversees and no one answers calls. hardlyrics ever. I received a final bill and they still charged me commission even though the tenant hadn't paid me rent or utilities for around 6 months. they deducted thoer commission from the tenants deposit which didn't cover a fraction of what I was owed. they have no compassion and really don't care one bit. rules don't apply to them.
