Most pathetic, unprofessional service ever!

<p>Just Property City Bowl!</p> <p>I called on Friday morning reporting that my door doesn't lock (left it unlocked cause I had to go to work). The lady "assisting" me kept on saying that she's going to get back to me, which she didn't! I had to chase after her the whole day! Went to the landlord Saturday morning to report the matter, he said he'll send someone on Tuesday. Tuesday same story, I had to keep on calling Just Property & they kept on saying they are going to get back to me. The person "dealing" with the matter eventually claimed that he couldn't get ahold of the landlord & that he'll send him an email which he'll cc me in. Followed up again since there was no email, he then promised to forward it to me since he "forgot" to cc me. Still waiting for the email!</p> <p>I'm quite appalled at their poor level of service
