Misconduct by Just Letting Rietondale & Brooklyn

I authorized Just Letting Rietondale and Brooklyn (JLRB) in June 2014 to find a tenant for my newly renovated house in Rietondale. After signing the rental agreement, the tenants' reputation caught up with them and I warned JLRB that the tenants are not only known to be destructive tenants but also have the habit of borrowing money wherever they go.<br> <br> JLRB stated in the inspection report signed upon occupancy of the tenants that they would do threemonthly inspections. It was also agreed that JLRB would monitor the City of Tshwane accounts. A few months later the electricity was cut due to non-payment and JLRB asked ME to lend them the money to pay for the account (more than R5000). REALLY?<br> <br> In the end JLRB borrowed him his deposit money which is ******* and after the tenant moved out, no money was left to repair the enourmous damage the tenants had done. In fact, JLRB agent Miemie de Marre was not even able to get my keys back from the tenants. <br> <br> Paul Stevens of Just Property Group as umbrella organisation for Just Letting has also told me that they have nothing to do with the individual franchises and so sad, so sorry - deal with it.<br> <br> Don't ever use Just Letting!<br> <br>
