The Midrand Just Property Branch Disgusting Service

Since last year just property has constantly been the worst property agency I have dealt with. We are tenant in an apartment based in midrand and we have been struggling to get any form of assistance. Just Property expects us to pay for an apartment on monthly basis without proper working shower, no kitchen light, broken doors, without any security gate tags (we have to call in though our complex security to enter the complex) this is also causing conflict with our security and our complex taker because there issue is that the calling system is only for visitors and not for tenants. We also had issues regarding our front door gate, the gate had been broken and we was locked in the house, we had called the locksmith and he had advised us it is because the slide lock in the gate was old and needed replacing, we paid for the locksmith services and we asked for reimbur*****t for this, just property says that they are looking into this. However we received no response after that.

They also take 4 months to send us a utility bill, they expect us to pay for something in which don't have acknowledgement of the amount of the utilities. They then send us a large utility bill which was accurelled in the last 4 months and expects us to pay.

And when they do contact us, they say it's because of the landlord and he is at fault, we don't get a salary to listen in on their internal issues, it is their job to deal with their own internal affairs.
