I must say I am highly disappointed at just property such a **** 3 years I moved in at Rosa royal estate block 7 unit 7 Midrand just after I signed my lease and moved a lot was disappointing all drainage where block thy had carpet in both rooms with a awful smell from the dog pee turns out the previous tenant had a dog staying with him inside and the excuse was they just forgot to open windows when they cleaned the carpets of which the smell will go in a few days but it did not it was like that for months I kept on hiring cleaning company to come and clean the carpets until the smell was out completely all tips for the house that is the kitchen tap bathroom tap basin tap and the showerhead I had to change with My Money lightbulbs needed to be replaced but I just left it like that kitchen blinds were broken and I never cared about it but I did tell the agent all about this only for her to disappear I couldn’t get her on her WhatsApp or any of her emails as we were talking later on I had a new agent that was attending to my matters some of the things got fixed like the wardrobe and the cabinets from the kitchen drawers were missing handles and I was paid for the drainage fixing to my disappointment years later things were not getting better the main was terrible Electricity all of a sudden was too expensive compared to me moving in so I decided to give them not one but two months to move out notice only for them to send me a guideline and on the guideline I was to clean the cupboards professionally and the house and send them a proof of payment of which I did weeks later as I was waiting for my deposit I got an email and things that were mentioned where all lies they were now talking about removing carpets because they had burnt stains carpets not been cleaned to the satisfaction replacing bulbs replacing blinds painting the walls of which I then disputed because when I moved in walls were not painted bulbs were not there blinds were faulty carpets were burnt and smelling awfuland I even asked for tile replacement of which it was never done only then they started to be rude about my deposit delayed to send it back And to top it up they still took alL my 8000 plus de and said I should still pay 5500 on some inspection that was done after I complained on what the had added already so please be careful guys don’t use them you will get ****med
