*****- Breach of Contract- ****ROACH INFESTATION!!

Worst customer service ever! We moved into a new place, the apartment was dirty and has a FULL BLOWN ****ROACH INFESTATION!! The unit was not checked or cleaned by Just Letting after they said it was. The estate agent Liz Alderton **** and said they had been there to clean. We had to organize two fumigation's which have not worked. We don't get replies to emails nor phone calls and she just passes the buck when I did manage to get hold of her. We contacted the operations manager who seemed to get the ball rolling but took no responsibility. I am 6 months pregnant living in a ****roach infested house. <br> <br> These are the worst people I have ever dealt with and nothing is being done. I am disgusted that they **** to us and have done nothing to rectify the situation. We moved in on the 1st of April and it is now the 15th. We still do not have a signed lease by the owner. This is all a blatant breach of contract!<br> <br> I will never use them again and have told everyone I know about this breach of contract and unbelievably poor management from Just Letting. My lawyers will be getting involved soon. <br> <br> Absolutely DISGUSTING agency!!!!!
