Lease Agreement

A verbal and written agreement for a six month contract was signed with the agent and a PRICE agreed to as what would reflect in my account each month, so as to budget accordingly. Four months down the line and Just Letting accounts devision has changed its agreement and R510 less is appearing in the account. After much frustration and arguing with several people (passing the buck), it is still not being resolved. My understanding and what was agreed to by the agent, is that any increase would be levied to the tenant (as per Natal Properties agreement). Just Letting have now tried to back track levy increases and deduct it from the payment into my account. Still, the buck is being passed and an invoice of what already had been sent, was sent again, to shut me up with no explanation of the findings!
