As a landlord, they are ********* and do not communicate with the tenant nor the landlord for that matter through out the contract term, quick to remove funds from a DAMAGES deposit to recoup their own fees first and make the remaining parties fight for what is left. Procurement fee upfront then again at the end of the contract = to a months rental because you choose not to renew the mandate with them due to poor service??? then ignore you and threaten you with legal action.

Head office Customer service thus far has been less than helpful and divert us back to the branch.
