The agent Jeanette Venter showed my wife a property. She then gave a copy of the contract indicating deposit and banking details as we will be taking it. When we queried if we can view the Townhouse as a couple later the afternoon she informed my wife that the time my wife is requesting she is seeing other clients, but can show the place 4 hours earlier to the time requested. My wife asked if someone else from the agency can take us their she said she will get back to us. When my wife phoned her an hour and half later they said the property has already been \Let out". Why waste our time by saying we need to make a deposit if she could not keep to her word giving us first option on the unit????? People of this nature should not be in the property game. The least you could have done Jeanette Venter is give us a simple courtesy call to ask if we will be taking the home. Instead we had to phone \""you\"" to tell us it has been taken!"""
