The agent (Nodine Stroebel) did not do an entry inspection as yet, we are hiring for four months now. Both toilets were full of feces when we moved in, no pre-cleaning were done. We had to constantly remind them about the keys as well. When I make an appointment with the agent (which she moved to an earlier time) she is 15 min late, without an excuse. I have to beg for a water bill, of two months ago. (not the first time)

I am fed up with the service.
