Horrible service! Do not see nor respect tenants! I have been sitting with two issues that were initially reported in 2023, I even offered to pay for these myself and get credited on my next rental - no response, not even acknowledgement on several occasions till eventually I was fed lies that they are waiting on a quote from the landlord etc after promising the issue would be fixed, it’s been several months since, all they do is mize my emails and don’t pick up my calls.
