Just Unsatisfactory Service

Hi Guys Please if you can DON'T!! use this agency, they have too many hidden fees and red tape. They also keep on saying that they need to look after "Their Client / Home Owner". Since when are "We" the "Tenants" not a client? and when you explain to them that the way they operate is very unsatisfactory they only reply "Noted, With Thanks" not even an apology or sorry. Please rather use someone that actually looks after you as a client.
