Just rotten to the core

Moreleta branch's estate agent refused to return my deposit after billing me over R6000 for cleaning and repairs. The inspection agent reported that the place was clean and "in excellent condition", while the property manager remains adamant in charging me R2000 to clean the stove, R2000 to paint a wall (I had the rest repainted but ran out of time and supp**** the paint) and R2000 to repair damages to skirtings I reported when I moved in (2 years prior and they never repaired). They're rotten and *******.
