I was looking for a flat to rent at Kroonstad and i found the Agency called ''JUST PROPERTY'' to help. I stayed there for 8 months paying full rent, and i moved out on March 2022, and i give keys to ''Care Taker'', and after that i spoke to Shaun Proudfoot regard the refund of the deposit and its being while asking for refund at last they ask for my Banking detail, on the 11 July i received massage from Shaun Proudfoot stating that my payment is loaded soo meaning i will receive payment on 12 July 2022. Today on 12 July 2022 i received WhatsApp for the lady who is working there stating that i own the company for 2 months and that lady she sending me half of page and where they wrote the amount not the full page to see what the amount is for, soo i ask for full page she telling me ''Waiting for the Agent current not in the Office'' i dont know what does mean. And i called Shaun Proudfoot to clarify this matter now Shaun Proudfoot he is not answering at all. soo i need help and i want my money nothing more from them.
