Just Property's ridiculous fees

Just Property is about making money and nothing else. Their service is absolutely atrocious and with my lease renewal form I realised that I'm getting charged for the following:

Monthly "admin" fee: R 116 Lease Renewal Fee: R 750 Exit Inspection Fee: R405 Deposit Release Fee: R115

While I don't mind the lease renewal fee that much, I am a bit surprised that I need to pay them in order to get my deposit back? This monthly admin fee was introduced in 2017 and when I complained, they flatly ignored me and said we need to pay it.
