Just Property - Worst letting company
If I could give no star rating, I would have!! Rented a home through them for more than 2yrs. We had to relocate to another town, due to my husband’s work. Explained this to them & they don’t give a flying “thunder”. We are almost getting nothing back of the huge deposit we had to pay, because now they are charging “early cancellation fee, admin penalty fee”. They are a ****** bunch of ******!!!! Will never in my life rent from them again or recommend them to anybody else. WORST LETTING COMPANY EVER!!!

Hi Magda
Early Cancelation fees as per the signed lease agreement. The cancellation penalty that would have been charged should a replacement tenant not have been secured would have been R39690.00 and the administrative penalty fee of R1725.00. However a replacement tenant has been secured and the early cancellation penalty fee was reduced to R11115.03 Which was then again reduced to R 7662.53 - Breakdown as followsR2662.53 - Lease Renewal Procurement fee refund to the landlord R8452.50 - Lost Management Fee(Just Property) - Which was reduced to R5000.00 - The landlord did not relist the property with Just Property and therefore we did not place the tenant. Should we have placed the tenant and still managed the property we would have not needed to invoice this penalty. This is income that is being lost by Just Property due to the early cancellation of the lease agreement.
Then the R1725.00 lease cancellation administrative fee.
