Just Property Vereeniging - Poor and Bad Service.

This complaint is specific to Just Property Vereeniging.

When we started dealing with Just Property Vereniging, we dealt with a young gentleman that was very polite and professional, However he left Jost Property the day after we signed the contract. Since then we have only dealt with rude ladies with no sense of customer services.

There was a month I did not even receive a statement and a was treated as a street dog.

I am a well educated, well respected business man who rented a flat with Just Property for my sin.

I must say I must I will not recommend Just property to anyone.

Friendliness comes at no cost, rudeness is a flaw in someone's personality (Maybe you need to investigate if the staff at the Vereniging Branch is happy with their jobs and if they need training in customer service.)

They do not respond to emails or provide feedback.

Out of a scale of 1 to 10, they get a -2.
