Just property Uvongo

Hi I rent a property from just property Uvongo I would like everyone to here how they do business I moved in March 2020 upon moving in I noticed the taps were dripping in both bathrooms , kitchen and the spare toilet did not work I phone them I told them about the problem NOTHING WAS DONE by the 12 of March I emailed them. Yes I know lockdown did happen but 3 and a half moths later they sent a plumber out to fix the problems he replaced the washers and fixed the toilet tank working components but the cold water tap in the kitchen had to be replaced but the plumber did not quote on that ,so he reported it to just property saying it had to be replaced the thread in the tap had worn away so it carried on dripping as there is no stop**** on it to shut it completely off. I have been doing dishes burning hand rinsing off soapy water with hot water. When I fill the dogs bowl up I must go outside to the cold tap to do that, please understand I’ve been paying rent, water and electricity. Last week I went to just property and told them at the end of this month there will be no rent as the cold water tap is still not working, the woman who is in charge of maintenance said the plumber didn’t report it to her which is utter ****, so she said thanks for reporting it she’ll email the owner and wait for the go ahead this was on Monday this week I got an email on Thursday saying they waiting for a response. Surely she would have phone the owner the same day and told them there’s a problem that needs attention, but no she’ll pass the blame onto the owner it’s not her fault or just property either. But I have to tell this one on Friday yesterday I get an email from just property Uvongo would I like to renew my six months lease with them. I don’t know how a private company can work like this, just property should have phone me up up the person that pays the full rent even during lockdown and asked is everything working that needed to be fixed, can we refund you a little not on the water as the taps have been dripping, no they don’t do anything like that quiet honestly the owner of the franchise should start over seeing his employees checking if work is properly done I guess not he’s just as useless as they are. If you want to rent or buy from them get your head read they are the most useless, money grabbing bunch I have ever come across in my life
