JUST PROPERTY -UITENHAGE - WORST REAL ESTATE AGENCY

I contacted Just Property the Uitenhage Offices, to obtain a flat to rent in Despatch, Uitenhage. Within few weeks I was assisted. I requested for an entrance inspection of the property specifically in Windsor Park. Just Property was very pedantic about compliance so I attended to every request in order to qualify for a property to rent. I paid advance rental and a deposit. Once the previous tenant vacated the property and I was ready to move in, I noticed the flat left in a deplorable condition, the built in cupboards were damaged, mould all over the house, dampness on the walls, some cupboards looked as if there is Wood Borer. The house was not suitable for a person to occupy and poses as a health hazard. Upon bringing the above to their attention, they took one week to get back to me then a further week to advise that someone will view the property to quote for restoring the property. They have not comp**** with the lease agreement themselves. Which is a material breach. I tried contacting Tanya Olwage who kept stating she will revert, then she was on leave. I have been left out of pocket and without a home. My experience has been terrrible and I do not wish for any tenant to go through the same. I am even put off from purchasing a property with this company after experiencing this situation with the real estate company.
