Just Property Terrible Service
I have just moved into a property at Burgundy Estate rented out by Just property. After I moved in, I noticed some snags about the place which was communicated to the portfolio manager. After making inquiries about the snags, it seems the agents were aware of them but had not fixed them prior to my occupation. I have been following up with Just property for over 2 weeks now to get these fixed. There is a lack of communication, instead I have to call them to remind them to get these fixed. The service has been poor and I would be very reluctant to recommend anyone using their services

06 Nov 2019, 22:14This has to be worst service I have ever received from any company. The HQ gave only contacted me once since I posted this complaint. They have been ccd in all communication with the branch and have not done anything to resolve the issues. Unfortunately I have reached a point where I'm considering legal action.

07 Nov 2019, 11:20Hi Otsile, Kindly be advised each Just Property franchise is individually owned and Head Office can only refer complaints to the relevant parties. Kindly note the lease agreement you signed was with JP N1 City and not Head Office and we cannot get involved legally/physically and can only mediate.
