Just Property Table View ***** and Theft!

This was my first email after having utter **** from these *******!

This is a handful of people I have had contact with in this email...

Here are my points for concern:

1. Your staff contacted us between January 27th 2020 and February 28th 2020 telephonically regarding concerns we had with unresolved issues from day 1 and after poor attempt at maintenance. We were assured that our notice to vacate at the end of the term was secure, as the status of our lease was being reviewed by your company. Even though we trusted your staff and followed their lead by not sending an official mail, you have now decided to dishonour your companies guidance, as if this were planned in order to retain our deposit.

2. All communication clearly outlines discussion points only attributed to tenants that will be vacating. Even confirming that our deposit will still be untouched and not be used for errors JustProperty encountered with the maintenance and initial startup requirements.

3. Now your company decides to play an email game changing the return amount for our deposit. You based all breakdowns on not receiving notice, which your staff orchestrated in order to get to this point.

We were always up to date with payments, our unit improved with us replacing the toilet system that you failed to fix and we never had purposeful warnings issued as we remained respectful tenants.

We do not deserve such treatment. You know what you are doing is ********* and offensive. Please do the right thing. Take your inspection cost and return our deposit sincerely.

I trust you will take responsibility for your poor handling of our case and make this right.

JustProperty and the pathetic staff that handled this account!

I am now lodging a formal complaint with the Ombudsman. Additional to this, I will be sending all the details of your theft to reporters from Table Talk as well as The Citizen Newspaper.

You have had ample time to fix the utter feces you have created while you were *****ing and enjoying our money. This is not a threat, but us as customers standing up to ******* that think *****ing people over is okay. It is to make sure that the people involved in this **** are reported to the EAAB for ***** and theft.

It's about time you truly pay for the shame you bring upon your brand.

Our money must be paid into the provided account, IN FULL, today. At least when this goes public, you'd have a leg to stand on if you do the payment, if not, all the better that you all get charged through ******** charges and licenses revoked through the Ombudsman and EAAB.
