Just property sucks

Just property doesn't care when there is issues in the flat you are renting. They are quick to respond when you are getting the place but don't care about anything afterwards. My first experience I stayed in a flat where the geyser stopped working and they didn't send anyone to fix it for 3 weeks they kept on saying the owner of the flat must agree first but in the end the owner wasn't even notified until i said I was going to move out. I moved out and went through just property again and the water from the flat above started leaking through my ceiling everytime the people above used their bath. I reported it immediately and they did nothing about it and now about 1 month later the leak has caused bad secondary damage and I must use my towels everyday to clean up that water from other people. They just don't give a damn and i wouldn't recommend using them.
