Just property Sea point ,fail to reimburse deposit

Very unprofessional agent ,trying to with hold our deposit ,this is just property in Sea point ,owner didn't pay utilities so we had to pay it via the electricity meter agent didn't check up and stating that it's not them with holding the deposit but the owner for wear and tear .dealt with Winnet Breakfast .
