Just Property Sandton - be careful leasing through them

I am totally distraught by an extremely bad experience I just had with a lady called Trish at Just Property Sandton. I have had no new lease contract from Just Property since January 2018, which I discussed and agreed with Just Property Sandton that we would continue on a monthly basis.

1 November 2018 I formally informed Just Property that I will be ending my lease due to retrenchment in the company I work for, which was accepted and communicated.

A lady called Trish recently contacted me to allow for a viewing yesterday on 07 November 2018 at 14:00. I waited for 30 minutes and she never arrived, nor contacted or apologised for not bringing her client through.

She contacted via Whatsapp today wanting to access the property by using the keys at the Just Property Sandton office, without asking for permission. I informed her that she needed my permission, after which she requested access tomorrow. I informed her that I would only be available coming Monday, after which she threatened me to deduct cancellation fees from my deposit, 'as she felt sorry for me due to my situation and would not have deducted, but due to me not allowing her access at her leisure, would now lead to her deducting cancellation fees from my deposit.

Just Property Sandton, this kind of behaviour is both devious and uncalled for. I am going to Cape Town tomorrow and are extremely concerned about your business ethics and behaviour, as I have a concern that Trish will now just enter the property while I am still leasing, which leaves much to be desired as one having occupational right to this property.

Your company allows for disgusting behaviour and I will surely advise any person wanting to lease through you company to refrain from Just Property Sandton..... PS I tried numerous times to call your office today without any success of getting through to discuss my disappointment with your behaviour.

I will lay a formal complaint with the EAAB coming Monday.
