Just Property Refuses to Maintain the Unit After Being A Loyal Tenant.

I have been a loyal Tenant of Just Property for over 6 years. The issue at this point is they are refusing to take ownership of the Repairs of the unit. I have logged Tickets on their Portal to assist with minor repairs that have not been caused by me. The Complex I live in is old and needs major Maintenance from the Body Corporate to the Property House called Just Property. They are insisting that I take care of the repairs and refusing to help me. The longer you are loyal to them the more they show you that they don't care about the well being of their Customers. I am hoping this platform will assist me as I am stressed because the unit is falling apart. I have just signed another year's lease so I am stuck in a place that is falling apart Day by Day.
