I’m very much unhappy about my rental agency.

They gave me a house to rent for R 10 000 a month. I’m paying services myself to City of Tshwane & the owner pays properly rates. For 8 months the owner failed to pay his portion & power was cut on The 9th May 2019 till 14th May 2019 . When I call the agency, they told me they don’t deal with electricity or City of Tshwane . When I went to City of Tshwane, they told me to affidavits from the house owner as the account is not on my name.

All food in the fridge is now rotten and the agency told me to go claim from the insurance . The agency name is Just property, the contact number (012) ********** . The person I spoke to is Chantene Kruger
