just property Pretoria north

this has been disgraceful. I opened a contract with just property in Pretoria North two years ago. it was ended at the end of last year and I moved out, as I have asked multiple times for services and was ignored

upon moving in, the flat was filthy and ****roaches were everywhere. as I left, water was cut and there was no way of cleaning the unit. I left it as it is , informing I could come in cleaning it myself in better working conditions. this request was ignored and the company decided at their own will to withdrew R900 for cleaning fees. this I find absolutely unnecessary and ridiculous . in what world do you pay a sum of R900 to clean a unit ? especially without the tenants consent ? the contract does not state that they will deduct almost a grand for mere cleaning. They further lost a sliding door key that I left inside where I found it as I moved in, and decided they would be charging me for the change of the lock. we have used multiple property agencies before, but was never treated this horribly. definately will not recommend this agency
