Just Property Port Elizabeth conduction ********* business and ripping customers off their deposit money

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have recently moved out of one of the properties that was managed by Just Property. The inspector person came to inspect and his report came back with a lot of things said to wrong and some of them didn't even exist in the house I was living in. I then received quotation for repairs with over inflated prices, e.g. to replace a single halogen light bulb costs R90. Then a replacement of 10Xdown-lights for garage at a cost of R950 was added while the garage is using fluorescent tubes (total dishonestly and *****ing).</p> <p>I tried to inform the manager from Just Property that I was corresponding with but she just would care, she just kept shoved on shoving the invoices down on me.</p> <p> </p> <p>The interesting part is that the Inspector is also the handy repair man. Desperation to make money is one thing but this is a new low. Cleary as an ispector/handy man he will find everthing wrong in the house just so that he can create himself some business. </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm intend going to court to have this injustice dealt with.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have properties of my own but would never appoint a company with no ethics like this one to manage them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Disgusted,<br />Dumisani Ntshangase</p> <p> </p>
