Just property (PMB)

Good day

I went to Just property looking for a house to rent, I saw one in one of PMB suburbs went to view with an agent. I wasnt happy with the cleanliness of the place they promised to sort that issue out,I then decided to deposit the rental deposit to hold the place. It was my husband who was going to sign the contract he was away going to sign when he comes back, he came a day before we moved out of our own property we sold ,went to see the house nothing was yet done in/on it till 10am that we were suppose to move in. He decided to look for another place because they could not fulfill their promises. Now Just property is refusing to return our deposit with no contract signed with them. We took them to small claims Court but they won the case, which is we still unhappy what can we do more to get our money back. Thanx
