Just Property - No Humanity

We signed the contract for the new property a week ago, Just Property could not have been more forceful to get us to pay the prorata for the new place, and sign the contract.

Today at 11:00 with a fully loaded truck in front of our house ready to move to our new place we get a call “Oh there are some technical issues we don’t think you can move” I started a new job after months of being jobless, and my husband informs me about the situation. I am sitting at the new job trying to put up a good face but I just start crying.

Eventually I get home and at around 16:00 we get the go ahead from said agency to go ahead and move. Right after everything is moved we get another call at around 18:00 “You are no longer allowed to move the new place is not yours”...

I have never heard an agent with a more condescending tone than the agent spoke to my husband. And don’t think speaking to the Director helps any. He refuses to take my husband’s call.

I am devastated and desperate and furious. My children are in tears and we sleep in an empty house tonight with no beds, no blankets, nothing. Sleeping in this huge empty space that the same agency is forcing us to vacate by the end of the weekend

What do we do?!!! What now?!!! How in the hell can an agency do this?!!!!!!!!!
