Just Property Montana complain against Joanne Strauche

Just Properties Montana sent one of their unknown with a foriegn accent agent to the property that I rent through them. The unknown agent who was not wearing a musk came with the owner to ask when are we moving out. We have been paying rent on time, previously there were items ti be fixed, they stalled for 3 months and instead of fixing they sent the owner to come fix. Items were not fixed 100%!

Just today, the owner and unknown agent (whom we did not sign a contract with) showed up to our unit while I was at work. They found my wife and my 1 year old daughter and as typical man who pose danger to women, they intimidated my wife and asked her when is she moving out. The contract signed with this Just Property Montana agency expires on the 28th February 2021. This incidence happened today on the 24th February 2021.

Joanne Strauche is the registered agent who is behind all this acts of mafia styles. I sent her email complains and she failed to respond nor give a directive. Agents and agencies abide by EAAB regulations, their act is outside that of the affairs board.

The agent showed up without a musk.

Owner and agent intimidated my wife.

Covid-19 rule violated. Rental contract bridged.

Such acts need to end.

This agency licence need to be taken away!
