Just Property Midrand's Useless and Terrible Service

Completely and utterly dissatisfied with the service I have received form Just property Midrand. They are a bunch of lying and thieving bottom crawlers.

I moved into Unit 34 Erand Gardens 3 Years ago, The Entry Inspection was done and all faults were shown, at that time they were Busy taking out Carpets and Placing Tiles in the Rooms, this was 2 weeks before I physically Moved in,

The Day I moved in I had found that no work was done to repair or clean the place, all the building rubble was just thrown out into the yard that we had, no work was done on the out side as it was stated it is for the Body Corporate to sort out. The Bathroom Walls, Ceiling and Showers was covered in Mold that I had to Scrub off myself. I had to clean out the unit when I moved in, The Agent that had shown the place to me wasn't able to show me the Garage as I think they were too embarrassed as it was in a ********** state that I had to clean out. They sent someone to do a Quote for the repairs to be done in the unit, 42 Months Later no one ever came. Felix couldn't assist even,

I moved out at the End of June, I had someone come in and clean the Apartment when it was Empty, and yes there were some small things to be sorted, Lounge Wall where I had Nails in had to be repainted and the 1 Room we had Nails in, That I can understand, Now they want to Charge me R4500.00 for repainting the Lounge, the Rooms and both Bathrooms, and as Stated I scrubbed the Bathroom Walls Ceiling and Showers due to all the Mold. and they are charging R1400.00 for cleaning out the unit,

If ever do not work through these people, they are just bottom crawling scavengers. Never refer them to anyone
