Just Property Midrand South - Arrogant, unhelpful and simply do not care!

We're in a very inconvenient bind after leasing a house from Just Property. Firstly, we moved in on the 1st June 2022, and received one key from our agent, Lungani.

There was no inspection done with us, however we did get a website link for maintenance repairs and damages etc. To date, we've picked up so many things wrong with the house, in terms of damages or leaking taps etc, and we've logged all of these, with the hope that they'll attend to them.

However, this is not the only problem. Our Agent completely ignored us from day 1, not ensuring that our gate remotes work, and telling us, to go to house #10 on the property to activate them. I told him it's not our job to do that, that it is infact his job to do that for us as our agent, making sure that everything is ready by the time we move in and he completely ignored my calls.

We've never gotten treatment like this before from any agent, as people who just recently sold a house. As I speak, a month into our lease, we're only getting the complex code of conduct, and as a prize for filling in these forms, Mpho, the administator at Justproperty Midrand South, said she'll attend to the issue of gate remotes. This is a month into our lease, after paying our first rent. This is the saddest and most unprofessional situation we've ever been in, not because of the maintenance work that needs to be done, but because of the unhelpful and arrogant attitude of Just Property Midrand South.

Our garage door remotes (we have two) do not have buttons to press. Worst experience ever. Buying a house immediately after this and I will never ever recommend Just Property to anyone. They're too arrogant to assist in anything.
