Just Property Midrand

I am renting a unit through just property, when i moved in, the unit needed some repairs& I was promised that will be done. Months later, NOTHING has been done except people coming to check and give a quote. I am dealing with the so called Maintenance Manager - Felix Hlongwane, BAD NEWS. So far, this is all he says "I will call you back just after the meeting I will be in right now." "Based on the items we have seen today, I will send a quote to the owner of the unit and I will advise further, tomorrow latest. " He sent three people to the unit, including himself to check the repairs and until today NOTHING has been done except his LIES. It has been months and I am seating with a leaking toilet as on of the issues. HOW ridiculous.. Its either I am not taken seriously or Felix isnt taking his job serious.
