Just Property, Management Agent for 79 Palgrave in George is the worst Managing Agent in Town. They have their board on the Property but is never available on their phone's.

A water pipe had burst on the premises during the early hours of Saturday, 11 January 2025. During the course of the day we have notice water bubbling through the paving and informed one of the Trustees staying on the premises. He informed the renting agent whereby the plumber came out but unfortunately they couldn't find the leak as there was to much water and the unit water supply had to be turned off. The plumber said that if the order is been given they will return on Monday, 13 January 2025.

Just Property did not inform us nor give any feedback on the problem at hand. We tried on various attempts during Monday, 13 January 2025, to get any response from Just Property. Late Monday afternoon the renting agent informed us that she informed the site Manager of the problem.

It's Tuesday morning, 14 January 2025, and we still don't have any feedback from Just Property Site Manager and we still have no running water to our unit.

Please think twice before hiring them as a Managing Agent.
