Just Property Klerksdorp

Good day I need help. I bought a house that was leased by just property. my house was registered in my name on the 19th Sep. I am entittled to prorata for the 11 days when the tenant was still occupying the house. there are defects in the house which i made just property aware of and todate they have only fixed one and I dont get an indication of whrn i will be paid my money and when will they finish all defects. I am currently living in cracked sliding door which is unsafe. Your respose will be much appreciated. house i bought is at villa di lucca complex no 28
