Just Property - Just Problems

I have noted that there are 106 terrible reviews that Just Property has not responded to but this is no surprise to me - hopefully my experience serves to benefit another landlord considering using their services.

The Just Property Sea Point branch has atrocious service levels and does not take responsibility for their legal obligations under the managed rentals contract. I have been using JPG for two years to rent out my apartment in Sea Point at a rate of 10% - I have had to deal with all maintenance issues at the property as well as rental negotiations. My tenants gave notice two months ago and only last week JPG contacted me to inform me my apartment would be vacated at the end of the month. No mention of them placing new tenants.

I would advise anyone in the Atlantic Seaboard area to avoid JPG if they are looking for hasslefree service.
