Just Property. Just Problems!

After renting for a period of 48 months, we receiced our deposite only to find that all the deductions stipulated in the contract have been charged for twice. This was the last of an exhausting amout of problems we've had with Just Letting. <br> - upon trying to contact the agent, she completely ignored us <br> - when we were finally able to speak to her, she was very unprofessional and kept shifting the blame to us. (Our fault for not reading the contract, our fault for the repairs that she couldn't have done...)<br> - according to the contract, however, we had to pay certain fees (monthly service fees, once off handling fee, inspection fee). Accordig to the agent, all these apply to everyone in on the deposite.<br> - she charged us for cleaning even though she left satisfied after the inspection and we made sure the place was cleaned properly<br> - she charged us for a damage window but couldn't provide an invoice
