Just Property Just in it to take you for a ride

Never have I ever experienced such ********* and unprofessional conduct. Be very careful when dealing with this business. The Langebaan office has and will use any means to **** you out of your deposit. I paid a deposit and a month later I was told that the owner was going to sell. I was given 60days notice. I found a new place and informed them that I would move out end of June, which unfortunately fell on a Sunday. The Monday I moved out and handed the keys over to the cleaning company as requested by Just Property. 14 days later I still do receive my deposit. I complained via email and WhatsApp and got a response saying that they are preparing the invoice. When I received the invoice, there was a bunch of unnecessary and ridiculous expenses such as R650 to replace 3 down lights, commission for the entire contract even though I was given notice. Ontop of that they decided to deduct the extra month rental even though I notified them that I already found a new place and I was going to stay the last month because I was afraid that the new place would be let out. An outgoing or moving in inspection was never done in my presence and I now have to run between Just Property and the Landlord to get my high deposit back and they both just pass the buck. The property was advertised as a secure complex but the main entrance gate is mostly open and malfunctioning and the aren’t any security guards on duty. Just Property should be ashamed of themselves and the Langebaan branch’s actions and ********* practices should not be allowed and their license should be suspended. Be very careful and stringent whenever dealing with this company as it walking a thin line on ******** behaviour
